  • Position Summary:

    The Conference and Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all conferences, corporate meetings, and social events held at the property. This role ensures a seamless experience for clients and guests, from the initial inquiry to the post-event follow-up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage event logistics, including set-up, catering, audio-visuals, and accommodation.
    • Supervise event staff, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations during events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue and attract new event clients.
    • Manage event budgets, invoicing, and post-event evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or conference management.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
    • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
